100 years of Scheduling

Post by AlanS » Wed Jan 30, 2013 1:55 pm

TO celebrate 100 years of Heritage Protection, EH have produced a list of 'Landmark Listings'. See http://www.english-heritage.org.uk/cari ... -listings/

Unfortunately, only one site of interest to us here is included from what I can see, Uley Long Barrow. There's an interesting write up of it here though: http://www.english-heritage.org.uk/cari ... ong-barrow

Two issues about Uley here http://heritageaction.wordpress.com/201 ... stershire/
1. They've done heroic work on it recently
and 2. Shame "setting" isn't scheduled.
